Dr Marius Hommer is Of Counsel in the Berlin office of Osborne Clarke. His practice focuses on notarial services for real estate and corporate transactions.
Marius was admitted to the bar in 2014 and as notary public with office in Berlin in 2022.
As part of his previous legal practice with international law firms, he was involved in numerous transactions on both the buyer and seller side, often in an international context.
He has now been bringing this experience to Osborne Clarke since 2023.
