Dr. Maria Batyreva advises clients on renewable energy and energy regulatory matters.
She specialises in the decentralised energy supply for the real estate and industry sectors as well as energy efficiency.
Maria studied law in Cologne and earned her PhD on questions regarding the German legal framework for electricity storage. During her legal traineeship, she worked for, inter alia, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and an international law firm in Düsseldorf. She has been a lawyer at Osborne Clarke since 2024.
