Anna-Lena Otzen advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour and employment law.
Anna-Lena studied law at the University of Hamburg and the University of East Anglia in the UK. She obtained her Ph.D. from Hamburg University. During her legal traineeship she worked among others for a large international law firm, the Bundeskartellamt and an NGO in the Philippines.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, she gained experience in employment and labour law as a research assistant in a large German law firm.
