David Morgan
Associate, UK
David is an Associate in our Banking and Finance team in our Bristol office. He advises banks, debt funds, sponsors, investors and corporate borrowers across a wide range of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions.
His work for clients includes leverage finance, real estate finance, financial restructurings and general corporate lending.
David joined Osborne Clarke in 2018. He worked as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor before qualifying into the Banking and Finance team in 2022.
Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
I sit on the Osborne Clarke Bristol Charity Committee. I've helped organise a number of fundraising events, including the annual Christmas fundraising drive which is run across twelve days and involves a number of individual events and activities.
