David Aroca

Having joined Osborne Clarke in 1994, there’s little doubt about David's experience.

He has dedicated half of his career to corporate and commercial law and the other half to litigation law, which gives him a very broad experience and vision of law. He has experience in claims of a high quantity of different and very varied activities, as well as in resolving disputes of all kinds.

As a corporate lawyer, David has experience in trading operations, the participation of companies and f the full range of corporate transactions. He has advised on various mergers and acquisitions of companies. He also has wide experience in civil and commercial contracts.

He has also advised on purchases of trademarks as well as on the creation and legal development of franchises.

Much of his work is dispute resolution. David has experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has worked in multiple procedures with companies such as Ferrovial, Endesa, among many others, and on various matters.

Due to the breadth of his legal expertise, David works with all kinds of businesses, particularly in the retail and consumer sector.
