Daniel is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team, based in our London office. He advises a range of clients on all aspects of the property lifecycle spanning a variety of asset classes, from retail parks to industrial estates and office blocks.
An experienced client contact and business advisor, Daniel is the Osborne Clarke account manager for British Land PLC, having spent six months on secondment within their legal team. He routinely supports institutional investors, developers and landlords with the various stages of commercial property acquisitions, disposals, lettings and financings.
Daniel studied Law and Sociology at the University of Warwick before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School and qualifying into the London Real Estate department in March 2018.
Dan has always provided an exemplary service for us. He is extremely proactive in moving matters forward and both dogmatic and pragmatic in equal measure. He ensures all our interests are adequately protected whilst keeping a commercial view on matters, particularly where it comes to ensuring things are concluded in a timely manner.
