Daliah is a Senior Associate in the Commercial team.
She provides advice to both domestic and international clients on a range of commercial transactions and contract law matters, across a variety of sectors including Energy & Utilities, Mobility & Infrastructure and Retail. She has particular experience advising on outsourcing and procurement contracts, supply of goods and services contracts, standard terms and conditions (including for cross-border transactions), collaboration agreements as well as agency, distribution and reseller agreements.
Daliah advises major corporates in the UK and across Europe on complex commercial contracts. She has a particular interest in how the Decarbonisation agenda is driving change across a range of sectors, and is a core member of our fast-growing Nature Practice. She has a real interest in projects that support sustainability, such as the North Devon UNESCO Biosphere project on which she recently advised as part of our Nature Practice team.
Before qualifying as a lawyer, Daliah had a career as a project manager and brings those skills to the large, multi-party and cross-border transactions on which she works with clients.
Daliah joined Osborne Clarke in 2021, having qualified in 2017.
