Daisy is an Associate in our Commercial team, based in London. She advises on a range of commercial matters, including e-commerce, advertising law, consumer regulation, and digital regulation. Daisy has experience working on and managing multijurisdictional projects for digital platforms, including online marketplaces.

Daisy has undertaken two secondments to TikTok, as part of her training and as an Associate. On secondment she supported the TikTok e-commerce legal team, assisting with a variety of regulatory issues. This included advising on advertising and marketing law, consumer regulation and commercial contracts.
