Cristina joined Osborne Clarke in October 2013 and specialises in corporate, commercial, compliance and competition law.
Cristina’s practice is focused on the advice of national and international Life Science companies such as pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies.
She advises her clients in a wide range of commercial agreements, such as distribution, agency, licensing, manufacturing, research and development agreements. Cristina also regularly advises clients on application of competition law to commercial distribution agreements.
