This correlates closely with his commitment to maintaining our strong culture and continuing to build a truly diverse law firm. He is passionate about making sure that Osborne Clarke continues to keep our clients ahead of the curve and be a firm where our people are proud of who we are, as well as what we do.
Day to day, Conrad leads the running of the firm and the delivery of our three-dimensional strategy. The strategy responds to global mega-trends and combines our legal expertise, sector understanding and transformational insight to help clients shape their future.
Davies’ passion is delivering what clients really need to help them build a business, not just solving a legal problem.
Before stepping into the role of Managing Partner, Conrad led our Urban Dynamics team. Drawing on his expertise as a corporate M&A lawyer, he helped clients navigate the legal impacts, challenges and business opportunities arising from the rapid changes taking place in the way we live, work and connect in our modern cities.
Conrad joined Osborne Clarke in 2004 and has been a Partner since 2011. He spent nearly a decade leading our international real estate sector and is a regular speaker on matters involving corporate law, technology and real estate.
In 2023, Conrad was recognised in The Lawyer Hot 100, a list that celebrates the most excellent, bold and relevant lawyers from in-house, private practice and the Bar.
