Clara Hutchison

Clara is a Senior Associate in our Banking and Finance team in London.

She advises banks, debt funds and corporate borrowers across a wide range of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, often with a multi-jurisdictional element.

Clara's primary focus is real estate finance. She has experience working on both investment and development deals across a range of assets such as residential, industrial, hotels and healthcare. She also advises on general corporate debt transactions and fund finance. Clara has worked for a number of the main UK clearing banks as well as specialised real estate debt funds including PGIM, CBRE and ICG Real Estate Investments.

Clara joined Osborne Clarke in June 2021, having previously worked at a US firm focusing on leveraged finance and general corporate lending.

I also play an active role in Osborne Clarke's CSR work. I am the co-chair of Osborne Clarke's London Charity Committee and volunteer for the Social Mobility Business Partnership, through which I support and mentor young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in pursuing a legal career.
