Christoph Y. Pitzer is specialised on competition and product liability and regulatory matters, as well as on platform liability. His focus is on the service and the spare parts market and the consumer goods industry.
He provides legal guidance manufacturers, dealers, and corresponding associations on everything related to the digitization and, among others, on operational requirements in product-orientated quality management processes, on advertising law and trademark law issues. In addition to providing the legal advice, he also handels litigation before courts and authorities.
Christoph studied law in Cologne and also completed postgraduate studies in commercial law (LL.M. oec.).
He began his professional career with Osborne Clarke in 2013. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Christoph worked at the legal IP department of a leading retail and tourism group during his legal traineeship.
