Christina von Varendorff is a Legal Project Manager in our centralized team, focusing on Energy & Energy Transition, and Corporate/M&A. In her role, she supports investors, developers, and operators in project development and transactions, all in the field of renewable energy.

Christina is responsible for managing international projects and optimising data-intensive processes. She focusses on the legal project management of complex M&A mandates in the commercial energy and infrastructure sectors. In addition to process management and project coordination, she is primarily responsible for the appropriate use and application of legal tech tools to ensure successful and cost-efficient client support.

Christina is a business lawyer. She spent several years working for an international commercial law firm in the areas of Antitrust Law and Compliance/Investigations. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant and associate for two major accounting and tax advisory firms in the field of international corporate tax law. Christina completed her studies in Oxford, Gothenburg (B.Sc.), and Heidelberg (LL.M.).
