Christian is a Partner (solicitor) working in the Energy & Energy Transition, Mobility & Infrastructure, and Built Environment sectors. 

He advises on planning/zoning consenting strategy, environmental permitting and liability, together with a broad range of ESG reporting obligations.

Christian advises clients involved in energy transition and zero and low carbon technologies, particularly in relation to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, and on environmental and climate change issues and opportunities which include natural capital opportunities. 

He works with clients across the residential, alternative and commercial real estate sectors on a full range of planning, environment and infrastructure consenting and associated matters. He also advises private equity teams on planning risk and environmental due diligence, and ports and space & satellite clients on energy transition and environmental permitting.

Christian is very knowledgeable and extremely good at explaining the legal position in a calm and client-appropriate manner.
