Chris is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's Commercial Disputes team, specialising in complex civil fraud, corporate and commercial disputes, both in the UK and cross-border.
Chris works with a broad range of clients across Osborne Clarke's core sectors, with a particular focus on Life Sciences & Healthcare and Technology and Media & Communications.
Chris has particular expertise in complex and high value civil fraud and corporate disputes (including matters concerning breaches of directors' duties, post-transaction disputes, Companies Act applications and shareholder disputes, such as derivative claims and unfair prejudice petitions), as well as contentious insolvency matters, trusts and general commercial disputes. He has notable experience of contested trials and is recognised in Legal 500 as a "Leading Associate".
Chris studied law at UCL and qualified as a solicitor in September 2019. He joined Osborne Clarke in April 2022.
