Chris Netiatis

Chris is a pension specialist with comprehensive experience across all areas of pensions law and practice.

He has been advising on pensions-related matters for over twenty years. His key specialism is in pensions advisory work for trustees of larger pensions schemes.

Chris has particular expertise in

• corporate reorganisations and scheme mergers; 
• future and historic benefit design changes, including scheme closure projects; 
• liability management and risk transfer exercises; and 
• pensions disputes, rectification and construction and associated professional negligence claims.

Chris has also worked as an independent trustee of occupational pension schemes.
