Chris is a Senior Associate in the Property Disputes team.
Chris mainly works on both contentious and non-contentious commercial landlord and tenant disputes. This includes working for a range of clients from the telecoms operators to the retail sector and investment clients.
Chris' work includes advising clients on lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, debt claims, dilapidations disputes, trespass claims and the Electronics Communication Code.
Chris also advises developers on a range of real property disputes including easement issues, boundary disputes, breaches of restrictive covenants and rights.
Chris joined Osborne Clarke in April 2018 and qualified as a solicitor on 15 January 2019 and has worked in property disputes/litigation for 4 years.
