Chloe Deng

Chloe is an Associate Director in the Commercial team and based in the London office.
She primarily advises clients in the Tech, Media and Comms sector on digital media and technology matters, mostly focusing on: (1) advertising and marketing; (2) consumer protection for media and e-commerce platforms; and (3) data protection and privacy. She also often advises on various aspects of media regulation and production, and issues arising from the Digital Single Market.
Chloe regularly combines her expertise to help digital platforms with legal and regulatory compliance when launching new (and refreshing existing) consumer-facing products and services, ranging from streaming services to gaming apps.
She is the editor of and a contributor to Osborne Clarke's advertising and marketing law blog, and has been published externally in a know-how resource for lawyers.
Chloe has undertaken secondments to several major online media platforms, providing advice on advertising issues, consumer regulation and digital media content. Chloe was most recently seconded to Facebook and VICE Media.
