Charlotte is a Partner in the Real Estate team specialising in renewable energy, power management and decarbonisation projects. 

Charlotte provides real estate advice on an extensive variety of energy projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, energy from waste and hydro power and has worked with several market-leading clients in this area. 

Charlotte has a keen interest in working with clients making investments underpinned by the need to deliver on decarbonisation strategies, especially in relation to the race to net zero. She regularly advises funders, investors and developers on the real estate aspects of a wide range of energy and power management projects. 

Charlotte also acts for a number of corporate occupiers advising retailers on their out-of-town as well as high street stores, including providing advice to clients looking to use their existing real estate assets as a way to reduce their carbon footprint. She has in-house experience having spent time on secondment as a junior lawyer to Marks and Spencer.

Led the real estate team advising Aberdeen Standard Investments on the £105m refinancing of Albion Capital's Albion Community Power UK-based renewable energy portfolio.
