Charlotte Harrendorf advises and represents national and international clients in the field of intellectual property and unfair competition law.

She focuses on trademark and unfair competition out-of-court representation as well as in-court litigation including proceedings before trademark offices at national and EU level. 

Charlotte studied law at the Georg-August-University Göttingen. Following her studies in Germany, she acquired an LL.M. degree in the field of intellectual property law at Trinity College Dublin. 

During her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she worked for Osborne Clarke in Hamburg and the legal department of a leading US technology company. She also worked as a research assistant in intellectual property law at a leading international law firm in Hamburg.
