Cathy McFadyen-Han

Cathy is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke’s London commercial team, with a focus on information technology and outsourcing.

Whilst Cathy advises clients on a broad range of commercial contracts across a number of sectors, she has particular experience in IT related contracts, large scale outsourcing and managed services projects and software development and licensing agreements.  Cathy also advises on data protection issues and supply chain and distribution contracts.

Since joining Osborne Clarke, Cathy has spent time on secondment with the legal team at Xchanging plc (now part of the CSC group). Cathy was also seconded to the commercial legal team of AXA plc whilst at her previous firm.

Cathy joined Osborne Clarke in February 2016, having previously been in the technology team at DAC Beachcroft. She trained at Pinsent Masons, qualifying in September 2013.
