Carsten Knoll, MBA

Carsten Knoll is part of the management team as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Osborne Clarke. In this role, he is co-responsible for the strategic and operational development of the legal practice in Germany.
At Osborne Clarke Germany, Carsten develops and implements bespoke strategies tailored to the German market, ensuring alignment with international frameworks while addressing market-specific needs.
Carsten holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He has extensive experience as a management consultant and has transitioned into key roles within industrial companies, with expertise spanning various business services functions in both national and international markets.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Carsten held management positions in legal practices as well as corporations.
In my dual role as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Osborne Clarke Germany, I lead strategic growth initiatives and drive operational excellence, contributing to the firm’s overarching global vision.
