Caroline's career has focussed on project finance transactions since 2004, particularly in respect of energy and infrastructure projects.
She advises a range of lenders and sponsors on various structures and projects, including solar, wind (onshore and offshore), AD, battery storage and gas peakers in the energy sector, as well as energy efficiency and student accommodation projects in the infrastructure sector, utilising commercial debt, private placements, bond financings and holdco financings.
