Caroline is a member of our Commercial team. She advises pharmaceutical and research companies, multinational groups and start-ups across Europe, Middle East and Africa. She also advises large groups and SMEs on research and development contracts and projects.
Caroline has wide experience in advising companies in the life science sector. She works with them on medicinal products for medical devices' launches, advertising and promotion campaigns, and business transactions and negotiations.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Caroline worked in-house at pharmaceutical companies.

Advised the multinational group on their business transactions and negotiations as well as on their procurement procedures and awards.
Grifols
Advised the Spanish listed pharma company Grifols on their medicinal products for medical devices' launches, advertising and promotion campaigns and procurement procedures.
