Carolin Cramer

Carolin Cramer advises national and international clients on all matters of intellectual property law.

She advises biotechnology companies on R&D projects, license agreements and questions on trade secret protection. Further, she focuses on the enforcement and defence of claims in intellectual property and unfair competition law.

Carolin studied law at the Philipps-Universität University Marburg and the Université de Lille (France). During her legal clerkship at the Cologne Higher Regional Court, she specialized in the field of Life Sciences and worked for a federal ministry and boutique law firms in pharmaceutical and food law.
