Camille De Munter is an Associate in the Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Data Protection team in Brussels.
Having a keen interest in innovation, she specialises in intellectual property law, in particular trade mark, copyright, and patent law; as well as trade secrets. She also specialises and advises clients about data protection and new technologies, such as artificial intelligence.
Camille advises companies on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. She assists international and Belgian clients from a wide range of sectors, including Life Science & Healthcare, and Tech, Media & Comms.
She is a member of the Brussel's Bar since 2020 and has since then also obtained a post-graduate degree on patent law in the pharmaceutical sector. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2022.
