Becky is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Plot Sales Team based in Bristol. She acts for both national and regional house builders.
Becky has over 20 years' experience in dealing with the day-to-day progress of plot sales from reservation to exchange and completion, including the Government's Help to Buy Scheme.
She has also piloted the First Homes Scheme for a major house builder client. Over the years Becky has expanded her role becoming involved with part exchange properties, site set up for the sale of units on mixed residential developments and the completion of infrastructure documentation.
