Augustyn Wróbel

Augustyn is an advocate with over a dozen years of expertise in providing legal services for banking, capital markets (debt) and sustainable finance.

He advises banks and borrowers at all stages of debt financing and refinancing transactions, including project finance, corporate finance,  acquisition finance and real estate finance. He possesses solid experience in legal advisory provided to leading microfinance companies in consumer finance sector. His focus is on sustainable finance, both in transactions and in regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, he was a member of the banking and finance practices at leading international law firms and ESG team coordinator at one of Poland's leading law firms.
