He advises in all major market sectors, with a particular focus on the packaging, energy and waste & water industries.

Attilio has assisted institutional clients in the implementation of private equity transactions in high-tech start-ups, with a focus on seed and series A investments. His assistance also extends to civil litigation proceedings concerning inter-company relations, challenges to shareholders' resolutions and bankruptcy litigation.
