Asil Buruncayir advises national and international companies in the entire field of employment law. In particular, he is specialized in the drafting of employment contracts, Managing Director’s Service Agreements, settlement agreements, as well as in matters of co-determination of a works council.
Asil studied law and had his legal traineeship in Würzburg. Already during his studies he specialized in employment law matters. During his legal traineeship, Asil worked in the area of works constitution law for one of Germany's leading airlines.
Asil was admitted to the bar in 2020 and initially worked for a leading law firm before joining Osborne Clarke.
