Arne Hildebrandt advises national and international clients from various industries in technical, logistics and commercial law.
Arne focuses on complex plant construction and logistics projects. Additionally, he specializes in transportation law and in the European product safety and product liability law. He advises on everything from first contract negotiations and project execution to arbitration and litigation.
Before joining Osborne Clarke’s Hamburg office in June 2022, he studied law at the University of Osnabrück with an additional economic education and specialized in European Private law. During his legal clerkship he trained at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg.
