Anna is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke’s Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team with a focus on health and safety, food safety and technical food labelling and crisis and reputation management.
Anna is experienced in advising clients through the regulatory process either on compliance issues such as fire safety and evacuation procedures or in a crisis management capacity following a serious incident.
She regularly assists businesses with their internal investigations following incidents and guides them through the complex and often challenging phases involved in a regulatory investigation including evidence gathering and disclosure, PACE interviews under caution, inquest proceedings and prosecutions. Anna also has experience in prosecuting for a statutory water undertaker. She conducts her own advocacy where possible.
Anna is experienced in advising on a range of compliance issues including labelling (food and apparel), health and nutrition claims and supplement foods. She frequently coordinates and manages large scale multi-jurisdictional compliance projects for clients ensuring advice is delivered consistently and commercially, focussing on the real issues.
Anna has particular expertise in the hospitality and leisure sector having spent 12 months on secondment to a global hotel chain in 2016-2017.
Anna joined Osborne Clarke in 2017, having previously worked in the Corporate Compliance team at Eversheds-Sutherland.
