Anna Hettich advises and represents clients in the field of intellectual property and competition law.
She focuses on trademark and unfair competition litigation as well as extrajudicial representation.
Her work includes litigation at all levels of courts, including infringement litigation before the civil courts and invalidity cases before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the German Federal Patent Court, and the European Courts.
She studied law in Freiburg and Buenos Aires. Following her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the intellectual property department of a leading international law firm in Hamburg. During her legal clerkship in Hamburg, she worked in the legal department of a listed, globally active consumer goods group and in the field of intellectual property law at Osborne Clarke.
