Anna Fouracre

Anna is an Associate Director in the Construction, Planning and Environment team (specialising in planning).

Anna acts for a wide range of clients with a particular emphasis on large national house-builders, build to rent and strategic land. Anna regularly negotiates complex planning obligations and infrastructure agreements for both national house-builders and more localised development companies. She is also involved with advising on and managing contentious planning inquiries, as well as having experience in judicial review proceedings.

Anna has a depth of experience in compulsory purchase, having acted for both acquiring authorities and those with land being compulsory acquired; including experience of dealing with cases being heard at the Upper Tribunal (Land Chamber).

Anna has a particular interest in the build to rent sector and regularly advises developers, occupiers and investors on the planning challenges and opportunities in this field.

Anna has been named in the Legal 500 as a "Next Generation Partner".
