Anna Domagała

Anna is a member of the dispute resolution team in Osborne Clarke’s Warsaw office. She specialises in commercial litigation, with a special focus on construction disputes.

Anna advises clients on creating dispute resolution strategies and represents them before common courts, administrative courts and public administration authorities.

Her experience covers numerous cases related to contract performance. Before joining Osborne Clarke Anna represented business clients, particularly from construction sector and railway industry, in civil and administrative proceedings. She also supported them during negotiations and mediation.

Anna is also comfortable with cases concerning press law and personal interests. She has been involved in conducting litigation for clients from media industry and politicians.
