Anisah Ahmed

Anisah is an Associate in our Employment team. She provides employers with practical advice on day-to-day employment issues, employment tribunal claims and corporate transactions.

Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including discrimination, disciplinary issues and grievances, as well as providing strategic support on corporate transactions. Anisah also assists with drafting and negotiating employment documentation such as contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.

She has experience working with a diverse range of clients, particularly those within the Retail and Consumer and Technology sectors.

Anisah qualified into our Employment team in September 2024, after joining Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in September 2022.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

I am particularly interested in the transformative potential of technological advancements in the legal landscape.

During my training contract, I completed a 6-month secondment with Osborne Clarke Solutions, which deepened my interest in legal technology. This experience has enabled me to bring a forward-thinking perspective to my work, ensuring that clients benefit from the latest innovations in legal service delivery.
