Andrew is a Partner in the banking and finance team at Osborne Clarke.
He has experience of acting for lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of debt finance transactions, often with complex and cross-jurisdictional elements.
Andrew advises on acquisition, investment and development finance for a range of UK and European real estate, including offices, hotels, retail spaces and residential assets.
Andrew's other area of focus is general corporate finance, having acted on a number of investment grade and cross-over credit financings, as well as bespoke internal treasury arrangements for large financial institutions.
Andrew joined Osborne Clarke in April 2020, having worked at a magic circle firm in London for the previous five years, spending part of that time on secondment to the real estate finance desk of a large European investment bank.
