Andrew is an Associate Director in the real estate team at Osborne Clarke LLP and based in London. He represents investor and developer clients in connection with transactions in the Logistics and Living sectors. Andrew is also a key component in the continued internationalisation of The Built Environment sector at Osborne Clarke and is focussed on delivering a seamless service across all jurisdictions for international clients.
Andrew has significant experience acting on behalf of clients including well known property plc's on the acquisition, development, financing, management and disposal of assets in various sub-sectors including Purpose Built Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, Logistics and Retail.
In 2022 Andrew spent seven months on secondment with a leading global investment manager in logistics where he worked with the in-house legal team and business teams on real estate acquisitions in the Netherlands, France, Germany and Spain (amongst other jurisdictions). He also assisted on strategies relating to renewable energy initiatives.
