Andrew is a Senior Associate in our corporate team, having joined from an International law firm in early 2020.  Andrew advises large and corporate clients on matters ranging from M&A expansion strategy, investments (from venture and growth capital through to exit) and other corporate and governance work.

Much of Andrew's work is within the Tech, Media and Comms sector.  As a core member of OC's Sport practice, Andrew is deeply immersed in the Media & Entertainment subsector.  His passion for sport translates into his work – having acted on a number of Sport related matters.  Andrew is also a long suffering Tranmere Rovers fan!

Advised leading digital agency, the Jellyfish Group and its shareholders, on its innovative £500 million combination with the French group, Fimalac, together with a number of subsequent acquisitions in the UK, Australia, Brazil and Mexico.

US investment firm

Advised an US investment firm in respect of its equity investment in a sports franchise.  

Cybersmart

Advised CyberSmart, on its Series B funding round, raising an additional £12.75 million following its initial Series A investment of over £8 million.

Western Global

Advised the shareholders and management team of Western Global, the leading provider of industrial liquid storage and dispensing solutions, on a £90m transaction backed by MML Capital.

BTC Activewear Limited

Advised on the sale of a £33 million sale of Birmingham-headquartered clothing company BTC Activewear Limited to NASDAQ Stockholm-listed New Wave Group AB.
