Andrew Cammish

Andrew is an Associate Director in the Real Estate Disputes team specialising in contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters. This includes all aspects of asset management work for investment clients and corporate occupiers.

Andrew’s work includes advising clients on lease renewals, break notices, tenant default, service charge and dilapidations disputes, as well as advising on insolvency related property matters.

Andrew also regularly advises developers and institutional investors on a broad range of real property issues including rights of way and easement issues, trespass claims, breaches of restrictive covenants as well as option and overage disputes.

Andrew joined Osborne Clarke in April 2019 and has been a member of the Junior Property Litigation Association (South West) committee since 2016.
