Andreas Baumann

Andreas Baumann is an associate in the Banking and Capital Markets practice group.

He advises German and international financial institutions, investors, companies and borrowers in relation to credit facilities, real estate finance, project finance and acquisition finance, as well as creditors, debtors and shareholders in in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings.

Prior to his legal training in Germany, Andreas completed an LL.B. in the UK and gained further study experience in the People's Republic of China, the Netherlands and the USA. In addition to his admission as a lawyer in Germany, he is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, Andreas worked as an associate in the restructuring department of a leading international law firm in Munich.
