Anastasia Gorokhova

Anastasia is a partner in the Real Estate team.

Her practice centres around residential development, regeneration and build to rent. Her clients include listed housebuilders, institutional investors, landowners and developers, who she advises on all aspects of development transactions and forward funding deals. She works closely with planning and construction colleagues to advise on assembling and developing sites and structuring transactions, particularly where there are multiple stakeholders.

Anastasia also leads Osborne Clarke's UK focus on residential rental Living. She is an active member of the UK Apartment Association, contributing regularly to their knowledge programme, plays a key role in developing thought leadership content through reports and roundtable events and often hosts and presents at industry events on build to rent and alternative residential sectors.

Her clients include Vistry Partnerships, M&G Real Estate, Barratt London, Fiera Real Estate and BNP Paribas.
