Amy advises employers and trustees on all areas of pensions law. Her experience covers advising on complaints via a pension scheme's internal dispute resolution procedure, drafting scheme documentation, scheme closures and wind-up processes.
Amy also works alongside Jonathan Hazlett and Joe Webster in providing advice to trustees and the Pension Protection Fund. Her work helps to progress pension schemes through the qualification process for assistance from the Financial Assistance Scheme or Pension Protection Fund assessment period.
Alongside providing legal advice, Amy is part of our separate independent pensions trustee team at Open Trustees Limited.
Amy qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and joined Osborne Clarke in January 2022.
