Aminata is an associate in the Tax team of Osborne Clarke Paris office. She advises French and foreign businesses in national and international tax matters.
She focuses on tax matters of restructurings, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, management packages and provides assistance with tax audits and litigation with the French tax authorities.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in December 2020, Aminata was an associate within a French law firm in Paris. She also completed several internships within the tax department of various major international law firms in Paris and within the tax department of large companies where she assisted the tax teams on their specific tax issues.
Aminata was admitted to the Paris Bar in October 2019. She holds an LL.M in Tax and Law Management from EDHEC Business School, a Master II degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine and a Master degree in Tax Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
She is fluent in French and English.
