Amelia Wigmore

Amelia is a senior associate within the Financial Institutions Group and advises fund managers across a range of asset classes, with a particular focus on venture capital and real estate funds. She has significant experience advising institutional investors (including impact investors and pension funds) on their fund investments and negotiations.
Amelia assists with the formation of venture capital and real estate funds alongside co-investment vehicles and segregated portfolios. She advises on a range of fund regulatory and operational matters affecting investment/fund managers and investors. She assists institutional investors with reviewing and negotiating fund investments across a variety of asset classes.
Amelia joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in September 2018 and qualified in September 2020. Since qualifying, she has undertaken a client secondment to an investment fund manager.
Advising firstminute capital on the launchs of their second and third early-stage technology fund, as well as various SPV LPs and ongoing/internal advice.
Advising Pi Labs on the launch of its third European proptech fund as well as ongoing/internal advice.
