Alistair is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's non-contentious construction team. He works for developers, funders and contractors across a broad range of sectors, with a particular expertise in energy and utilities projects. He has worked on some of the largest solar and battery energy storage developments in the UK as well as wider projects to ensure grid stability in the UK.

Alistair advises on the full range of construction and engineering contracts. From standard forms (such as JCT, FIDIC, MF/1 and NEC) to bespoke building and infrastructure agreements, framework agreements, forms of professional appointment and pre-construction services agreements, to ancillary documents such as collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees.

Alistair joined Osborne Clarke in 2021.
