Alistair Curzon

Alistair is a Partner in our Projects team, based in London. He specialises in the financing and development of energy and infrastructure projects.

Alistair advises infrastructure funds, sponsors, funders and developers on greenfield and brownfield projects in the UK and internationally. He has advised on numerous significant secondary market transactions in the renewables space involving offshore wind, onshore wind and solar assets.

Alistair joined Osborne Clarke LLP in 2017, and previously practised for over a decade in the energy and infrastructure team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, in London.
