Alice is an Associate in the London Banking and Finance team with experience advising a wide selection of financial institutions, investors and a range of borrowers on bilateral and syndicated facilities.

She has experience in real estate finance, fund finance, corporate lending, venture and growth lending and asset based lending across a number of sectors.

Alice joined Osborne Clarke in 2019 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the London Banking and Finance team in 2021.
