Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
I advise clients on the requirements of both existing and upcoming legislation, supporting the implementation of strategies to ensure compliance ahead of time. I am experienced in advising clients on anti-bribery and corruption, gifts and hospitality, and modern slavery.
I have a particular interest in the development of ESG regulation, which is placing increasing reporting and due diligence obligations on clients, whether those obligations arise directly or indirectly. With the right approach, clients can map their supply chains effectively, keep ahead of these upcoming ESG requirements, and ensure that their supply chains are compliant with environmental and human rights regulations.
