Alex provides advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters in the UK and internationally and advises employers on their day-to-day issues as well as on employment tribunals and corporate transactions.
Alex has assisted in defending unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She also drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements.
Alex undertakes due diligence on transactions as well as drafting and negotiating the deal documents and has also undertaken a secondment to The Pokémon Company International, which gave her insights into the clients' requirements when receiving legal advice from external legal counsel.
Alex studied Law at Bristol University before going on to complete the LPC at BPP Law School. She then joined the firm as a trainee in 2018 and qualified as an Associate in September 2020.
