Alex Farrell-Thomas

Alex is a Senior Associate in our Employment Team in Bristol. She provides advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters in the UK and internationally.

Alex advises employers on their day-to-day issues, and provides employment advice as part of corporate transactions. She has experience in defending a wide range of employment tribunal claims, including assisting a client to successfully defend a multi-day discrimination claim. Additionally, Alex regularly drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements.

Alex has undertaken a secondment to The Pokémon Company International, which gave her valuable insights into the client's requirements when receiving legal advice from external legal counsel.

While Alex supports clients across a range of sectors, she has particular expertise in advising businesses in the TMC and Retail & Consumer sectors.

Alex studied Law at Bristol University before going on to complete the LPC at BPP Law School. She then joined the firm as a trainee in 2018 and qualified in September 2020.
